Trailer and Vehicle Fabrication and Customization Projects
Here are some past customer fabrication and customization projects that our Service Department has done. By doing many of these projects in-house we were able to meet the customer's time line by using an "off the lot" trailer.

This Customer had a one piece tailgate on his dump trailer and had our Service Department fabricate barn doors for cleaner dumping of trash and brush. |

This Customer had our Service Department turn an "on the lot" trailer into a race trailer with Flooring, Workbench with Tool Chest, 120v Lighting, 5 Electrical Outlets, Pit Posse Accessories, Vinyl Door Strips, Awning, Air Conditioner, and Aluminum Wheels. |

This Customer had our Service Department outfit this Worthington Enclosed Car Hauler with V-Nose and Standard Interior to make a day at the track a little more comfortable. This "outfit" included Checkered Board Flooring, Workbench, Matrix Overhead Cabinets, Sink with Pump and Tanks, Winch, Marine Battery with Charger, Motorcycle Wheel Chocks and D-rings For a Pit Bike, and Awning. |

This project was turning a standard "on the lot" trailer into a job site trailer with racks for pipes and shelves for tools. |

This project consisted of adding 4 ladder racks and a cat walk with a front ladder attached to the tongue. |

This project involved moving two heavy 17.5" Spare tire assemblies from the floor to hanging on the wall using aluminum e-track and a custom mount to create more space inside a stacker race trailer. |

This project was for a local Boy Scout Troop, we added side compartments to store and serve food from, a partial V-Nose with a rack to store propane bottles, and spare tire carrier on tongue to a "on the lot", flat front enclosed trailer with barn doors. |

This Freightliner Dealer had Our Service Department Install E-Track on the walls of this 2011 Sprinter Van. |
